Through the VOICE reviews, Quality Assurance Team Members and Quality Circle Members identify "Good Resources". Good Resources are helpful and resourceful methods being used to support people. Good Resources and ideas are nominated to the Quality Assurance Review Council for review. The QARC then works with the QA Manager to post these resources in the catalog.
