| Two DT & H providers in Olmsted County, Ability Enterprises and PossAbilities of Southern MN, work together in transporting their individuals. Both agencies have separate systems but collaborate to make their transportation more effective and efficient. Ability Enterprises will transport PossAbilities’ individuals when it makes sense and PossAbilities will do likewise. Instead of having two separate vans arriving at a house to take people to the same relative area of town, they can now send just one! |
