Staff at Hunter Hills has worked extremely hard at identifying the most effective skin treatment for a person with extremely sensitive skin. He was o­n many different lotions for his skin. His skin will react to weather conditions and to emotions such as becoming angry and upset. Staff consulted with a number of physicians to make sure that the skin treatment is effective, yet use the minimal number of medicated creams or skin treatments needed.

Quality Circle members (outside of Hunter Hills staff) also spoke of the support that has been given to this person in this area as being "excellent" and that staff is "persistent" in finding the best medical treatment for him. This person's skin condition has also been identified by Hunter Hills staff as a medical condition that if not taken care of, may cause him to have an increase in self-injurious behaviors. His self injurious behavior has been reduced dramatically.
